Cheering Fans!
From downtown Athens, to historic Cobbham, through Sorority Row, Memorial Park Zoo and on to the finish line there will be adoring fans lining the course to cheer you on to victory!

Rock n’ Roll
This is, after all, an AthFest event, and that means it has to have music – and music there shall be, all along this fast paced course from start to finish local bands will strut their stuff and create the soundtrack for your run.

That’s right, anyone who has ever dreamed of the glory of running among those hedges will get their opportunity!  After their victory lap of Sanford Stadium, runners will finish in the Tate Center parking lot offering a rock and roll race finish unlike any other in the southeast.
