Training Plan
Michael Williams from WoW! Boot Camp has developed a Half Marathon Training Plan for beginners. The plan includes eight Group Runs scheduled for Saturdays throughout the months leading up to the race. These leave at 7:00am from the Athens YMCA parking lot. Post-run refreshments will be provided. There will be a water stop(s) along the training course. Please bring your own “nutrition”- i.e. gels.
