Yes, Race Day Packet Pickup can be added by managing your registration. Find the confirmation email you received from RunSignUp for your registration. Look for manage registration. Click this link and find Add-Ons on the registration management page. Once all 200 available spots are filled, race day packet pickup is no longer an option.

Race day packet pickup is available as a registration option when you register for the race. Race Day packet pickup is only available if you chose this option (and paid for it) when you registered. The cost for Race Day Pickup is $20.

Yes. In order for someone other than you to pick-up your packet, they must show proof of your race confirmation, have a signed note from you authorizing him/her to pick-up your packet, and have a copy of your Driver’s License or photo ID. Race packets will be available for pick-up from 12 pm – 5pm at the Health and Fitness Expo at the Classic Center Pavilion located at 440 Foundry Street on October 11, 2025. 5K race packets must be picked up by 2:20 pm as the race starts at 2:30 pm.
